Most people can benefit from holistic massage.
Many of my clients have sessions to help manage chronic conditions and the ongoing stressors and strains in their lives e.g. Parkinson’s disease, anxiety, back/neck/shoulder tension (such as from sitting working on a computer).
Some of my clients come for massage because of overuse of muscles, aches, pains and tightness from specific activities e.g. climbing or gardening.
Others have regular/occasional massage for their general maintenance and wellbeing – to relax, aid good muscle function and restore balance.
