The cost of treatment may be covered by your private health insurance. If you intend to claim for treatment received at Yew Tree Clinic, please let us know before your treatment starts.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your policy covers the treatment that you will be receiving, and that the practitioner assigned to you for consultation is registered with your insurance company.
